How do I order a particular brand of bulb?

We usually stock many brands of the bulbs we sell. If you want to specify a specific brand, tell us on your order… either on the item line, or in special instructions. If we don't have your brand in stock, let us know if you'd rather have another brand immediately, or wait 10 days to two weeks for us to order your specific brand for you.

How do I return bulbs to Topbulb?

It's easy! Simply fill out the form on the back of your packing slip and return the items with the form telling us whether you want replacement items, a credit, or different items. You can also read our Returns Policy page.

Will you charge my credit card if the bulbs are out of stock?

We never charge your credit card until the day we ship your products to you. If you have a back-order, we will only charge you for the portion of your order that we do ship, and only when we ship it.

What if I want products I can't find on your Web site?
