Leading Chicagoland lighting company Topbulb announced today their 2013 Holiday Contest on Facebook. This is an excellent way for holiday and photography enthusiasts to share the impact of their work, inspire others, gain artistic recognition for their creativity, and compete to win cash and other prizes.
Participants will be competing for the most Facebook “Likes” on their holiday lighting decoration photos. “We’ve done a lot of giveaways and contests before on social media, but this is our largest yet. It coincides with the upcoming redesign of our website, and we wanted to do something special for all of our customers and fans, while also spreading some holiday cheer,” said Andrew Shebath, the social media coordinator for Topbulb.
The contest runs from November 22 and runs until December 13, and is open to everyone. The total prize is worth up to $750, and the First Prize winner will be awarded with a top prize of $250.
To enter the contest, all entrants have to do is take a photo of their holiday decorations and post it to the Topbulb official Facebook page. Visitors to the company’s Facebook page can vote for their favorite holiday images and help choose a winner.
The images with the most Likes will be chosen as First, Second, Third, and Fourth Prize winners.
Entrants must post photos that they take to the Topbulb Facebook page, located at http://www.facebook.com/topbulb
Entrants may share or comment on their own or others’ images, but only the total number of Likes will be considered. Automatically-generated Likes will be removed.
The First Prize award is $250.00. Second Prize is $100 in Topbulb store credit. Third Prize is a set of holiday string lights. Fourth Prize is a “Mystery Gift Box.”
