February has been a long, cold, snowy month here in Chicago, but that hasn’t stopped us from making improvements to your shopping experience at Topbulb. As we move into March, we can hope for warmer weather, longer days, and a return to Spring weather.
In the meantime, I’d like to tell you about some of the new developments on our end that are designed to make it easier to locate the light bulbs you need for any application.
New Philips Automotive LEDs
We’ve expanded our line of high quality, high performance automotive bulbs with new Philips LEDs from the X-tremeVision LED interior lighting line.
All of these new bulbs are designed for interior car use and can be much brighter than older incandescent lamps. They range from 4000-6000K in color temperature and come in festoon and wedge base options.
Each of them uses one watt or less, and can replace a number of 12 volt standard auto bulbs.
Application Data for Car & Other Bulbs
On many of our auto bulbs (and a number of standard bulbs), you’ll now see detailed application notes in bullet-point lists. This data comes straight from manufacturers of the bulbs and will help you decide whether a light bulb, fixture, or accessory is applicable for what you plan to use it for.
Specialty bulbs may have only a few relevant applications, but manufacturers often intend some of their general-service lamps for specific uses. If those uses are detailed, we will give that information to you in the Applications section of each product.
Welcome Our New Intern
Finally, we welcomed another new intern this month. Andrea will be helping out in the finance department of the company, doing detailed analysis for us.
She’s already proven to be a valuable asset to the company in her few weeks here, and we’re excited to have her working here at VSI/Topbulb. You may not notice all of the changes she’s involved in, but you, our customers, will be the main beneficiaries of all of her efforts.
Thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to shop at Topbulb; your feedback, suggestions, and questions are greatly appreciated.
Please remember, you can contact me at anytime with questions, concerns, and feedback. My personal email is andrew@topbulb.com
Sincerely,
Andrew Shebath

Do you have lights for motorcycles?
Hi Elver,
We do carry lights for motorcycles.
You can check what we offer by going to our automotive lights page and putting in your year/make/model and what type of bulb you are looking for.
Alternatively, if you know the exact bulb your bike needs, you can search for that bulb’s number designation anywhere on the site.
Thanks for stopping by!
