1. Proceed through the check out process as you would if paying by credit card. If you haven't signed up for an online account yet, please follow the steps to sign up for an online account. If you have an online account already, please log in to your account.

2. Select the "On Account" payment option from the "Order Summary" page (the final page of the checkout process).

3. If you have an existing credit account with us, please enter your purchase order number in the applicable field. Submit your order and your order will be processed as normal.

4. If you do not have an existing credit account with Topbulb, please click on the link for the "online application". Once you have filled out and submitted this application, you will be returned to the "Order Summary" page.

Enter your Purchase Order number and submit your order, and a Topbulb representative will review your credit application and contact you within 5-7 business days. Once your credit application is approved, your order will be shipped. However, if you need your order right away, we recommend that you include payment on your first order to ensure a prompt delivery time.
