How do I order a particular brand of bulb?
We usually stock many brands of the bulbs we sell. If you want to specify a specific brand, tell us on your order…either on the item line, or in special instructions. If we don't have your brand in stock, let us know if you'd rather have another brand immediately, or wait 10 days to two weeks for us to order your specific brand for you.

How do I return bulbs to Topbulb?
It's easy! Simply fill out the form on the back of your packing slip and return the items with the form telling us whether you want replacement items, a credit, or different items.

Will you charge my credit card if the bulbs are out of stock?
We never charge your credit card until the day we ship your products to you. If you have a back-order, we will only charge you for the portion of your order that we do ship, and only when we ship it.

What if I want products I can't find on your Web site?
We want to be your top source for all of your product needs. If you want to buy products you don't see here, tell us! Simply go to the Contact Us link and email your request. We'll do our best to source and stock your items at our usual deeply discounted prices. And, we'll keep you informed of our progress, so you'll know when you can place your orders.

Yes. We can ship anywhere in the world. When you buy from Topbulb, you can specify many types of shipping instructions using the U. S. Postal Service, United Parcel Service, RPS, or FedEx.

Occasionally, due to our huge purchasing volume, we are offered special purchases from our manufacturers. While we are not always able to update our listed prices for special buys, if you are making a sizable, volume purchase, it never hurts to ask if we have any flexibility in our prices. If we are able to save money, we're always willing to pass those savings along to you.

Can I place an order now, for shipment in the future?
Yes. Many of our customers like to place orders and tell us the exact date to ship it, even if it is months in the future. Our sophisticated system keeps track of all future ship dates and delivers your products just when you want them. And, we never charge your credit card, or bill your account, until the day we ship your products to you.

Can I place a standing order for products to be shipped at regular intervals?
