Lighting Information & Technology Enterprises, LLC has acquired the assets of Topbulb.com, LLC, Gray Supply Company and their related entities. These business assets were acquired through a leveraged buyout from Sterling Venture Partners of Northbrook, Illinois. This transaction was financed in part by Harris bank. Neal Gerber & Eisenberg, LLP advised on the transaction.
