Pricing and Availability
At Topbulb we want you to feel comfortable placing an order with us. To that end, we will provide you with all of the information you need before you place your order. This includes shipping options, methods, and costs; itemized cost per product and order subtotal; shiping, insurance and handling charges; sales taxes; and the total amount of the order.
Once your order has been placed, Topbulb will not charge you until the order has been completely fulfilled, via shipment from our warehouse. If for any reason the product you have ordered was listed on the Topbulb site as "In stock and ready to ship" and is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible via phone or e-mail. You will have the option to wait until the product is in stock, receive a substitute product that is functionally equivalent, or cancel your order. If you order a product that is listed on the Topbulb site as "Contact us for delivery date" we will send you a postcard if your order is not shipped within 14 days. Once you receive this postcard, you have the options above available to you.
Product Warranties
Topbulb is a distributor of major national and international brands of replacement light bulbs and related products. The manufacturers warranty, if available, applies to the products we sell. Topbulb does not provide any additional warranties.
Payment
Information
Topbulb provides many convenient options for payment.
Customers
can pay by credit card online using Visa, MasterCard, or American
Express. We also accept the Discover card for phone, fax and mail
orders.
Check or
money order are available for mail orders only; cash on delivery
for mail or fax orders; or on account (due 30 days from invoice
date). Detailed instructions for each payment method are located
within the Topbulb shopping cart system.
Topbulb uses Secure Sockets Layer technology to ensure security.

Topbulb stores only your billing contact information on our web
servers. Credit card information is not stored by Topbulb and
must be re-entered for every purchase. This measure provides you
with further security.
Topbulb does store credit card information for customers who order
on account. This credit card information is stored in a database
apart from the web site server and is accessible only to authorized
Topbulb employees.
Topbulb complies with all federal, state, and local sales tax
laws. Customers are responsible to pay for sales tax, where applicable.
Shipping
Rates and Policies
Topbulb offers shipping to all 50 states of the United States
of America and any foreign country delivered to by Federal Express.
Shipping charges are applied per order, not per item.
UPS & FedEx Ground Delivery is standard for $8.75;
Federal Express Standard Overnight delivery is available for $16.95;
Federal Express Priority Overnight delivery is available for $32.95.
For orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska via Federal Express an
additional charge of $10.00 per order is added. Federal Express
Overnight delivery for international orders is billed to the customer
at actual Federal Express cost. Customs and import costs for foreign
orders are billed to the customer at actual cost.
Items are generally shipped as available; however, if more than
one shipment is made the customer will be charged for shipping
only once. Customers have the option to ship orders in partial
groups as available or as a complete group when all products are
available.
Approximately 98% of orders received on the Topbulb site are shipped
the same day they are received. While Topbulb can not guarantee
that your order will be shipped the same day it is received, you
can check on the status of your order at any time at: http://www.topbulb.com/account/trackstatus.asp;or
by calling Customer Service at 1-866-867-2852 between the hours
of 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Thursday
or between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Fridays,
excluding holidays.
Return
Policy
While Topbulb strives to make sure you are 100% satisfied with
your order, occasionally there are errors that need to be corrected.
Return & Restocking Policy
Topbulb stands behind its products and will issue a refund, replacement or credit
if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 14 days of receipt
of product. A Restocking Charge of 20% will apply to all items returned where Topbulb
has made no error in merchandizing or shipping. Refunds will be made by original method
of payment. All returns must arrive in its original packaging and all freight charges
for the return of goods are to be paid by the customer.
There are exceptions to our Return Policy including, but not limited to, linear fluorescent
bulbs 49" or longer in length, Special Order products, orders outside the continental U.S.,
and shipments delivered via common carrier. Please call 1-866-867-2852 to obtain a Returned
Material Authorization (RMA) before returning any product. Topbulb may at any time limit the
number of delivery attempts based on unfavorable delivery history resulting from, but not limited
to, damage, loss, or theft..
Mistaken and Damaged Shipments:
Topbulb will replace the order and refund any applicable shipping costs
if we made an error with your order. Please note any obvious damage or shortage
while applying your signature at the time of delivery and make all claims for
replacement or credit within 14 days of delivery. To return any mistaken or damaged item,
please call 1-866-867-2852 to obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA). For damaged
orders, keep the original box and all packaging materials for possible inspection by the
carrier and/or return to Topbulb.
